WHAT IS YOUR COURIER?
We use NinjaVan or LBC for all our transactions.
DO YOU OFFER CASH-ON-DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer cash-on-delivery but the delivery takes a bit longer than the normal.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Icon Creatives products are custom-printed, made just for you right when you order. Please make sure before placing an order. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER. We cannot cancel the order after it has been shipped especially for those who chose cash-on-delivery.
I WAS NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM, WHAT SHALL I DO?
NinjaVan usually redeliver the item 2-3 times before it will be sent back to our fulfillment center. You can also request for cash-on-pick for any NinjaVan branch nearest you. Please contact NinjaVan or message us.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Icon Creatives products are custom-printed because of this, processing time is typically 2 to 3 business days and 2 to 3 days for the shipping. Keep in mind, that the time your order takes to be delivered varies depending on the type of products you order, your delivery address and the payment method you choose (cash-on-delivery takes a bit longer than the usual), processing time may also vary depending on sales and promotions.
If you received a shipping confirmation text or email, your order has shipped. Hoorah! You'll receive it after 2-3 working days.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We provide a tracking number to all transactions. To check the status of an order please go to: ninjavan.co or message us on our Facebook page ICON CREATIVES.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Usually 4 to 6 days.
